Our operations are required by law to comply with 21 CFR Ch. 1 Part 110 (H.A.C.C.P.) in three different ways:

1.) As an importer of frozen seafood;

2.) As a domestic producer of frozen seafood in our Custom Production facility

3.) And as a frozen seafood warehouse.

Therefore, extensive HACCP plans and protocols were drafted and are continuously updated in order to ensure both compliance with the law and regulation, as well as in order to ensure that our customers receive the very finest seafood products possible. Furthermore, complete HACCP records are maintained at our Gloucester offices for all direct overseas suppliers.
