We offer product year-round, sourced during both the A and B seasons, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality Pacific Cod to meet the needs of our customers.

Alaska Cod is sourced through sustainable fishing practices in compliance with stringent quotas and regulations. Every step of the process is overseen, including monitoring through NOAA’s Seafood Import Monitoring Program (SIMP) to guarantee complete traceability from ocean to table.
