Wild-caught in the icy waters of Norway, Coldwater Shrimp are smaller in size, making them ideal for traditional Scandinavian open faced sandwiches, pasta dishes, soups, sandwiches, dips, and salads. Our shrimp are fully cooked with no visible veins. Thaw and serve cold or add to a dish at the end of cooking to reheat.
