Flounder, also referred to as Sole, is a versatile flatfish with a mild flavor and delicate texture.
Our Alaskan flounder has a delicate white flake and is processed without added moisture or chemicals. Commonly enjoyed in the Mid-Atlantic states, flounder is perfect for any fried fish applications including fish and chips, seafood platters, or fish sandwiches.
