ALASKA KING CRAB

Paralithodes camtschaticus / Lithodes aequispinus

Alaska King Crab is the world's most highly prized crab, with a naturally sweet, rich flavor profile.

We offer both Red and Golden King Crab clusters. Our crab has excellent meat fill that does not stick to the shell, is never too salty, and has clean shoulder sections. The natural flavor profile needs little to enhance it - simply serve chilled or gently warmed with melted butter and a squeeze of lemon.

Wild-caught in the Bering Sea

Our Alaskan King Crab is wild-caught in the Bering Sea and Gulf of Alaska using pots during the coldest months of the year. Once caught, the live crab is carefully transported to Dutch Harbor, where our trusted sister company, Unisea, handles the processing.

Sustainable Sourcing

The Alaskan crab fisheries we work with adhere to a strict quota system that ensures responsible harvesting practices. To protect the future populations of crab, only male crab that meet the required size criteria are harvested.
